Regalia

Following the Grad Fair, regalia will be in stock and available in the Loyola bookstore during normal store business hours any time up until commencement.

Orders placed via the website by February 9 and not picked up at the Grad Fair will also be available in the Loyola Bookstore.

The deadline to order regalia for shipment to home was March 30.

Online and other students who missed the ship to home deadline, may obtain regalia in the Loyola Bookstore up to and including commencement week.

Please note that there is no direct charge to candidates for regalia.  Costs for regalia are included in the graduation fee assessed during the candidate's final semester.

Candidates are encouraged to wear academic caps and gowns (without cords or hoods) for the Graduation Mass.

Regalia is required to participate in commencement ceremonies.

To ensure that the pronunciation of names is as accurate as possible at commencement, Loyola utilizes NameCoach, a web service where graduates upload an audio file of their name pronunciation.

Go to this link to record your name with NameCoach.

Announcements and rings can be ordered online from our campus partner Balfour.

To view and order prints of Senior Portraits taken at the Grad Fair in March, visit the Candid Campus website at this link.

If you were unable to sit for a Senior Portrait at Grad Fair, please visit candidcampusphoto to schedule a make-up session (sitting fee applies) at their studio.

Graduating seniors who make a class gift of $25 or more will receive a maroon and gold philanthropy cord to wear with their regalia.

For Grad Gifts made online after the Grad Fair, schedule a time to pick up a philanthropy cord from the alumni office in Marquette Hall, Room 250.

Contact Cameron Dumas at crdumas@loyno.edu with questions or to schedule a pick up.
