College of Law Commencement Quick Reference Guide
Date, Location, and Time
The Loyola College of LAW commencement ceremony will be held Saturday, May 10 at 5 p.m. at Caesars Superdome, 1500 Sugar Bowl Dr., New Orleans, LA 70112
Graduate Arrival and Parking
Graduates should arrive, in their regalia, at 4 p.m. and enter through Superdome Gate A, Ground, which is located on the Poydras Street side of the Superdome. This entrance is for Graduates and ADA guests only.
Parking will be Superdome lots #2, #5, and #6. NOPD traffic officers will be directing traffic. Parking is $25 payable by credit or debit card only. The Superdome is a CASHLESS facility.
The Superdome has a clear bag policy. Graduates - please do not bring purses or bags, other than clear fanny packs, to the graduate entrance. Leave them with a family member or friend attending the ceremony. See below for a graphic of bag policies.
Anything left in the Graduate robing area during the ceremony will be turned over Superdome security.
Guest Arrival and Parking

Doors open at 4:00 p.m., and guests will enter via Gates A, B, and C on the Plaza Level.
Rideshare Drop off
Rideshare service drop off will be on Poydras Street.
Accessible/ADA Seating
Guests using wheelchairs and with limited mobility may enter the ADA entrance located at Gate A GROUND, which is located on the Poydras Street side of the Superdome. This entrance is for Graduates and ADA patrons only. Individuals must provide personal equipment for mobility (i.e. wheelchairs, etc.). One (1) family member may accompany the individual in a designated Accessible/ADA Seating Area. Superdome ADA ushers will be on hand to assist.
Security
All persons entering Caesars Superdome should be prepared to go through security, including metal detectors and a visual bag check.

Tickets
Tickets are not required for the College of Law commencement ceremony and there is no limit on how guests a graduate may invite. Seating is first-come, first-served. Refreshments will be available for purchase. The Superdome is a CASHLESS purchases are available with debit or credit cards only.

The College of LAW ceremony will be livestreamed on Loyola’s YouTube channel.
