Grad Fair
Congratulations on reaching this moment in your academic journey! The 2026 Grad Fair, which is a "one-stop shop" for all graduation needs, will take place in the Tchoupitoula Room at Uptown Hall, March 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and March 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for undergraduate and graduate degree candidates. The College of Law Grad Fair will be held March 18 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in LS 342-344.
Be sure to check your Loyola email regularly for important information from Student Records and Student Affairs regarding Grad Fair.
Can’t make Grad Fair? No worries - the Loyola Bookstore has you covered! Visit the bookstore in the Danna Student Center during regular business hours to obtain regalia. Open Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Sunday Noon - 4 p.m.
Regalia
Please note that there is no direct charge to candidates for regalia. Costs for regalia are included in the graduation fee assessed during the candidate's final semester. Candidates are encouraged to wear academic caps and gowns (without cords or hoods) for the Graduation Mass. Regalia is required to participate in commencement ceremonies.
The website to order regalia through campus partner Oak Hall is open. Orders placed via the website by February 8 will be available for pickup at Grad Fair. For those who do not order online by February 8, regalia may be obtained in person during Grad Fair.
After Grad Fair, regalia will be in stock and available in the Loyola bookstore during normal store business hours, any time up until commencement.
Online students and those unable to attend Grad Fair, can choose to have their regalia shipped to them for a fee (deadline to order for shipping to home is April 1), or they can obtain regalia from the Loyola bookstore during normal store business hours any time up until commencement. Click here to order regalia online by April 1 for direct shipment to home (shipping charge applies).
Following the Grad Fair, regalia will be in stock and available in the Loyola bookstore during normal store business hours any time up until commencement.
Orders placed via the website by February 8 and not picked up at the Grad Fair will also be available in the Loyola Bookstore.
Senior Portraits
Photographers from Candid Campus will be at Grad Fair taking cap and gown portraits of candidates for graduation (this is optional). Appointments are not required, just walk in during regular Grad Fair hours. Visit Candid Campus for images of cap and gown portraits.
If you are unable to sit for a Senior Portrait at Grad Fair, please visit candidcampusphoto to schedule a make-up session (sitting fee applies) at their studio.
Grad Gift
Graduating seniors who make a class gift of $26 or more will receive a maroon and gold philanthropy cord to wear with their regalia. Those who contribute online prior to March 16 can pick up their philanthropy cords at Grad Fair. Additionally, candidates for graduation can visit the Alumni Engagement table at Grad Fair, make a contribution, and receive their philanthropy cord on site. If a candidate for graduation makes a contribution online and is unable to visit Grad Fair, they can schedule a time to pick up their philanthropy cord from the Office of Alumni Engagement in Marquette Hall, Room 250. Contact Cameron Dumas at crdumas@loyno.edu with questions or to schedule a pick up.
